Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Risenholding storefront (the "Site"), operated by Risenholding ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, purchasing the supplements, or otherwise interacting with any services we provide (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—to create an account or purchase from the Site. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that any information you submit is accurate and complete.

Risenholding sells supplements (NMN) and shipping globally following successful payment.

You may browse the Site without creating an account, but certain features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity conducted under your account. 4. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed through Shopify Payments and authorized thirdparty processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account, including applicable taxes, duties, and fees imposed by governmental authorities.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Risenholding or its licensors and is protected by intellectualproperty laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

● Violate any applicable law or regulation;

● Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize our products without authorization;

● Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Services or underlying software;

● Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including spamming or unauthorized bulk communications;

● Introduce malware or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you engage in prohibited conduct.

8. ThirdParty Services & Networks

The Services rely on networks operated by independent thirdparty carriers. We do not control and are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of those networks. Service interruptions or roaming restrictions may occur without notice. Any remedy for network issues lies solely with the relevant carrier.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERRORFREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RISENHOLDING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Risenholding and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflictoflaw provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles County, California. You and Risenholding waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, but sections intended to survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability) will remain in effect.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Risenholding regarding the Services.
